All of our Timber Lodges at Florida Keys are built to each individual owner's specification, therefore there are no
'standard' floorplans. The following are just suggested layouts or ideas on which you can work.
The Lauderdale typically has 3 double bedrooms one ensuite, large family bathroom, utility room and open plan Kitchen/diner area with Large Living room.
The unit is large enough as seen on the first plan to have a totally separate living are of 20ft x 13ft if preferred.
A Lauderdale can also if designed correctly be made as a 4 bedroom unit. Our experienced colleagues at Bespoke Leisure Living can help to design your unit in a way which most suits your needs.
