Refund Policy

 Electric:

Under / Overpayments: Will be credited / carried forward on to your next Electricity bill unless you request a refund which will be refunded within 3 working days and will take an additional 3 working days for the funds to clear.

 

Gas:

Under / Overpayments: Will be credited / carried forward on to your next Gas bill unless you request a refund which will be refunded within 3 working days and will take an additional 3 working days for the funds to clear.

 

Utilities:

Overpayments: Will be refunded within 3 working days and will take an additional 3 working days for the funds to clear.

 

Pitch Fees:

Overpayments: Will be refunded within 3 working days and will take an additional 3 working days for the funds to clear.

 

Holiday Cottages:

Overpayments: Will be refunded within 3 working days and will take an additional 3 working days for the funds to clear.

 

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your arrival you will lose your deposit and you will not remain liable for the full cost.

 

If you cancel your booking within 15 – 30 days of your booking you will lose your deposit and you will remain liable for 50% of the remaining balance that is due.

 

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of your arrival date you will lose your deposit and you will remain liable for the full remaining balance that is due.
